Terms of Use

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Qireon website and platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Qireon website or platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Qireon provides a compliance platform for automating evidence collection, managing controls and risk, and preparing for and passing audits across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.

We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time. We aim to give notice of material changes that affect your use.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the data you upload and the systems you connect, and for ensuring you have the right to do so.

5. Customer data & privacy

You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Service. We process it to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

6. Fees & payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Qireon Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited right to use the Service as permitted.

8. Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party tools you authorize. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

9. Disclaimers

The Service supports your compliance program but does not itself constitute legal, audit, or certification advice, and does not guarantee any certification outcome. Independent auditors perform actual audits and certifications.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qireon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, you may export your data as described in our documentation.

12. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qireon Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
