Product usage data generated as you use the platform, including log data, device and browser information, and actions taken in the app.

Integration data you authorize us to collect from connected systems (for example AWS, GitHub, or Okta) for the purpose of compiling compliance evidence.

Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site and product are used.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Qireon platform and to deliver the services you request.

To communicate with you about your account, respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and send service and security notices.

To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

With sub-processors and service providers who help us operate the platform (for example hosting, email, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect your data.

With your authorized users and, where you enable it, with the auditors you invite to your read-only workspace.

When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice where appropriate.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, store integration credentials in a vault encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and apply role-based access controls and continuous monitoring.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect the data you trust us with. You can report suspected vulnerabilities to security@qireon.com.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service and optional analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
